Dreamachine announced at Cannes that Academy Award winner Caroline Kink (“Nowhere in Africa“) will start production on the contemporary drama, “Aftermath.” The film is co-produced by Constantin Film and Bavaria Film and will be shot on location in Germany. Dreamachine will handle worldwide sales.
Based on the novel by Scott Campbell, “Aftermath” is about a family’s attempt at healing and a return to normality after a member dies in an accident. It stars Karoline Herfurth (“Perfume“), and will be produced by Uschi Reich and Martin Moszkowicz. Robert Cort and Scarlett Lacey will serve as executive producers.
