Cinema Eye

Cinema Eye

Just got out of the nomination ceremony here in Sundance for this year’s Cinema Eye Honors, the second annual awards for nonfiction feature filmmaking. I’m also pleased to share that I’ve joined the Board of the event, and it’s an honor to be included. I’ll post a link to the nominees later (UPDATE: here you go), but just a quick note that the big contenders this year, are Man On Wire, Waltz With Bashir, Up The Yangtze, The Order of Myths, American Teen, and Encounters at the End of the World. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York, on March 29, at the New York Times building.
