The calling card of movies –the trailer–inspired Trailer Music Live, a multi-media concert experience featuring movie footage accompanied by live orchestral performances from over 100 musicians and singers, which is not used in the films themselves and does not appear on movie soundtracks. Here, they get reborn.
Trailer Music Live will have its NY debut on February 19 at NYU’s Skirball Center for the Performing Arts with members of the NYC Master Chorale and the NYU Symphony Orchestra performing trailer music from Immediate Music (who are kept consistently busy creating music for the marketing campaigns of approximately 70% of the box office top tens; their work includes Avatar, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Toy Story 3, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, Iron Man, Spider-Man, The Chronicles of Narnia and more). Next, Trailer Music Live will take over Russia’s largest concert hall on April 17 – the 6,000 seat State Kremlin Palace Concert Hall. There, the Grand Choir “Masters of Choral Singing” with artistic director Lev Kontorovich and conductor Aleksandr Klevitsky, of the Yuri Silantiev Grant Concert Orchestra, will be featured.

Immediate Music co-founder Yoav Goren states:
“With all the new technology that exists in our society, the movie trailer has also evolved immensely over the years, and has become a surprisingly exciting art form. Trailer Music Live has brought a new dimension to the classical concert by combining movie trailers with an innovative musical experience that has been embraced by diverse audiences that go far beyond the passionate film buff.”
Trailer Music Live‘s musical talent includes Yoav Goren (Composer and Pianist); Todd Waetzig (Drummer, Blue Man Group); Tate Simms (Bassist, Christina Aguilera, Joe Cocker); and vocalists featured in the trailers for Avatar, Transformers, Kingdom of Heaven, Shrek, Munich, The Passion of the Christ, etc.
