At the announcement of the Official Selection in mid-April, Marche registrants will be among the first to receive the list of films that have international sales agents and those that have yet to find them.
Download the new version of the Cinando application (Iphone, Android, Blackberry). It guarantees you priority information, is easily accessible, and can go with you all year in your travels to other international film markets.
The Official Selection in Private Screenings: Thursday May 19th and Friday May 20th 2011 registrants can immerse themselves in the Official Selection for two days (Competition, Out of Competition, Un Certain Regard). The screenings will be exclusively reserved for those accredited by the Marché.

n 2011, the Marché du Film is launching the PRODUCERS WORKSHOP, a program designed for producers who have little or no experience with the Marché du Film and the Festival de Cannes or who have just made their debut as producers on the international stage. It will start the first Thursday afternoon and includes a series of seminars and workshops which will help producers in their future endeavors at the international level and their participation in the Marché du Film. The program is limited to 180 participants.
In the form of master classes wherein industry experts will present valuable information on international subjects including case studies from reputable producers.
Thursday 12 – 4pm First-timers in Cannes, practical advice (a welcome cocktail to follow)
Friday 13 – 4pm International sales
Saturday 14 – 4pm Festival strategies
Sunday 15 – 4pm Coproduction markets and strategies
In the form of specified theme workshops a la carte offered by well-known specialists (EAVE, Binger Institute, etc).
Friday 13 – 10am “The Pitch”, “Marketing” or “Cross-Media”
Saturday 14 – 10am “European Coproduction” or “Agents and Talent”
Sunday 15 – 10am “New Distribution Models” or “Post-production”
