Watch 4 1/2-Minute Preview Of AMC's "The Walking Dead"

One of the few shows that was “must-see” TV for me last season when it premiered, is The Walking Dead, and since the last episode aired months ago, I’ve been eagerly anticipating season 2.

And below we finally get a good look at what to expect when the series returns to AMC on October 18th, which feels like a long way from now, doesn’t it?

I canceled my cable TV after football season ended earlier this year; I just may sign back up once the new season begins :)

Here’s the 4 1/2-minute preview of The Walking Dead season 2; and yes, there is a brotha in it – IronE Singleton (that’s his name) – and yes, he made it through season 1, so let’s hope he makes it through season 2:

The man

AMC is the All Most Caucasian network… and BET is is what?

Tyler Perry, Spike Lee, John Singleton and any other black filmmaker chose to make the movies they make and not horror movies. Don’t blame anyone for that but them !

Shawn’s post above said it best.

Dankwa Brooks

I liked the first season as well even though I thought it petered out once they got to the CDC. It explained a lot, but wasn’t crazy about the end.

Having said that- that preview was HOT!

Those zombies should be faster, FASTER I say!!!

This show made me want cable tv last season. I’m going to look up the DVD so i can catch up.

Wait until you see what happens to Michonne. The dead black lady might have gotten off easier. I agree with chiguy. The comic book series is DEFINITELY worth it!

AMC is the All Most Caucasian network.

Yeah, they’ve gone on record saying Michonne is coming in the third season.
When they do, they should look to Tangi Miller and N’Bushe Wright, first.

Until we make our own genre films, we will never be represented in any decent fashion. Horror, SciFi, adventure, all these genres are ours to play in, but we haven’t done so in any real fashion (except in music and literature).

Be patient in regards to black women. Mischonne is coming… I also suggest you grab the graphic novel compendium and read it in the mean time.

The brother is fine but what about the sista? I really enjoy the show and can’t wait for the next season. But according to the show all the black women are dead. Now what’s up with that?

I can’t wait for this to air. I loved the first season.
