Watch Halle Berry & Ludacris In Trailer For Ensemble Romcom "New Year's Eve"

Here’s the trailer for New Year’s Eve, the follow-up to last year’s Valentine’s day, which was directed by Garry Marshall. He did the same here as well.

The cast? Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Zac Efron, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Sofia Vergara, Josh Duhamel , Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, and a few others.

As you’d expect, the movie tells overlapping stories centered around several New Yorkers, over the course of one New Year’s Eve.

Color me absolutely not interested in this one. Though if the success the last film enjoyed is any indication, grossing over $200 million worldwide on a $52 million budget, there’s certainly an audience for New Year’s Eve as well.

It opens in December.

Here’s the trailer:

It’s “Friends” all over again. I remember our class took a trip to NYC and just driving through downtown in mid afternoon traffic, none of us could see a single white person walking on the sidewalks. Talk about shocked. And when we’d talk to people EVERYBODY was from somewhere else. Moscow on the Hudson is more realistic.

Is Love Actually the one with the little boy who had a crush on a young Mariah Carey looking singer? That was cute. They should leave heartfelt ensemble romcom films to the British. Doesn’t work here when they want to defy reasonableness.

I agree with many of you NYC is a melting pot. WHY isn’t there more people of color in this flick?

I barely saw Halle & Luda in this trailer. Hmm, that’s Hollyweird for ya, they love to shove white people down your throats!

Were any New Yorkers involved with this movie. We LEAVE Manhattan on NYE.

Love Actually, takes place in London. Writer, Director, Producers are British. Seems authentic.

This movie does not.

LOL! Yeah, double NO. Seen this before and not very interesting.

Are you Fuk’in kidding me ?……looks like there are exactly TWO BLACK PEOPLE IN ALL OF NEW YORK CITY. I’ll pass.
