Let me get this straight, going by this trailer, your in the Bahamas but the only featrured black people are the help who appear to play the magical negro to the mulatto chick. I’ll be damned if any kid I have will see this.

Wow at everyone dogging the movie. I guess it’s because it involves interracial aspects.

The performances were very fine with me and I would love to watch it at my age!
The love interest(?) is hot too and the Bahamas looks beautiful of course.

Very Nickolodeonish.

Usually that’s the quality of acting/writing/directing of the Disneyfied kid flicks.

Interesting, that she’s not a 21st century tragic mulatto in the sense that the character does not any internal struggle not being white. It seems that her inner resolve is ignited when she embrace the Black folks in the Bahamas.

I would let 10 year old see it. She would love it.

I mean this is a kid flick, right?

Geneva Girl

Gosh, those performances were horrible. Still, if I could get it on DVD my nine-year old would love it.

That’s a happy *ss trailer.

Looks like a Disney Channel/Nick @Nite movie of the week. I was waiting for Miley Cyrus’s cameo to tie it all together.
