Check Out OWN Network's New Documentary Series "Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind"

Oprah Winfrey and her producers have been steadily revamping the OWN network lately and with their latest show, Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind, the team may just have a winner.

The documentary series follows some of the biggest creative talents in the industry and, essentially, gives a behind-the-scenes glance at their creative process. The series will examine “how they became who they are and what it is that continues to inspire them.”

So who can you expect to see? James Cameron, Tyler Perry, Tom Ford, Annie Leibovitz and just to name a few.

The program premiere’s October 16 at 8:00pm/est.

In general, I am an Oprah fan, however, I feel like this show will feature a bunch of overblown people who love the smell of their own farts talking about their “greatness”. I understand Oprah and that she wants her network to be great and to have successful celebrities on her network. But how long can I watch a bunch of rich people pat themselves on the back and talk about how great their farts smell? I guarantee that at it’s core, that’s what this show is. Along with her new show premiering Monday “Oprah’s Life Class” (where she preaches the lessons she’s learned in life and passes them along to us, the humble public who are not aware of such life skills and thus, are not as successful as she).

Tyler and Will i am? who cares about their creative process? I mean Tyler studies the Color Purple we all know that.

why doesn’t OWN…..OPRAH purchase the rights to the reality show that two of NELSON MANDELA’S GRANDDAUGHTERS ARE SHOPPING…I saw clips of it over the weekend and that would bring in viewership that she so desperately needs…

OWN came back strong. Who’s the wo “man”… Oprah!

Hmm. I’d love to see some of these.
