Michael O'Keefe

Um, my name is spelled, "O'Keefe" not, "OKeiff." and Kai doesn't play a parapsychologist in the film; I do. He plays a widower who is concerned about paranormal activity in his apartment, Apartment 143. But thanks anyway.
