More Pics Of Noomi Rapace & Rachel McAdams In Brian De Palma's 'Passion'

While this writer offended some by daring to suggest the first trailer for Brian De Palma‘s “Passion” maybe wasn’t so hot, the bottom line is, put Rachel McAdams and Noomi Rapace together in a movie and have them square off, and we’ll be there. Directed by Brian De Palma? Doubly so. “Passion” is certainly one of the more intriguing offerings on the fest circuit this fall, and now a few more images have dropped to tempt you.

A loose remake of Alain Corneau‘s 2010 thriller “Love Crime,” the film tracks the relationship between Christine (McAdams), a powerful ad executive, and her shy assistant Isabel (Rapace), which takes on both sexual and dangerous dimensions after Christine steals a campaign that Isabel created. Corporate intrigue just got a whole lot sexier and deadly. This is basically right in De Palma’s comfort zone, and we’re hoping it’s something that revitalizes the filmmaker.

“Passion” hits Venice, TIFF and NYFF (where we nabbed the pics) in that order, but still needs to find a distributor. Images below.

Anyone notice in the scene where the masked person is in between Christine's legs that it's Paul Anderson, not Noomi. The freckled broad shoulders and the hands of a man. So I can say for sure that Christine likes to make love with a man wearing a mold of her face.

That redheaded German actress….. drool.

I can wait. I saw the original. He may get good performances but I would say he probably will not improve the original story. Although it seems he is trying to. One big change I notice is that he has made the two women closer in age. In the French film the two leads are about 20 years apart.

Can't wait! Got my tickets for the Premiere at TIFF!
