Watch Michelle Obama And Gabby Douglas Together On 'The Tonight Show'

Believe or not, I was hesitant to post this at first because it wasn’t about BLACK CINEMA, but then I realized, why not? As if that has stopped me before. And what’s wrong with some positivity?

Of course there will be some holier than thous with a stick up their you-know-whats bitching and moaning that it’s not about BLACK CINEMA. It’s not. But it’s definitely all about black imagery in the media, which is what S & A is all about anyway.

So, in case you haven’t seen it, or want to see it again, here’s the First Lady, Michelle Obama, and two time Olympic Gold medalist Gabby Douglas, on The Tonight Show from Monday night.

And I have to admit, I’m still so impressed with what a remarkable, intelligent, confident and posed woman she is.

And Michelle ain’t bad either.

No complaints from me Sergio this is positive Gabrielle Douglas is an inspiration to young blacks who want to get involved in gymnastics. Michelle Obama is always wonderful this is nice to see!

You won't hear any complaints from me. I appreciate you posting these clips as I had heard about this appearance but hadn't seen it. I haven't watched Leno in ages. It is nice to see some 'feel good' media every now and then. These clips make me smile watching two women who give me a feeling of pride. Thanks.

Is it just me or does anyone else see the First Lady being an amazing talk show host?

They're both adorable! How is this not Black cinema related? Mrs. O and Gabby are Black and they were on television.

I wouldn't have know about their appearance together if I hadn't seen it posted here. Thanks!!

I agree with Blutopaz. I actually notice that you guys seem to censor yourselves on posting about certain things that may be black Hollywood related but not necessarily pertaining to cinema. I think you should post whatever you like and would welcome more posts like this and some of the ones I'm sure you're leaving out while trying to be "cinematically correct." I think it would give the site more depth and make it looser and more fun. Right now it reads as really intense and serious. Don't be afraid to loosen up Shadow and Act.

Anyone asking why you post non-cinema related stuff should start their own blogs. It's nice to see these clips here, Gabby is a doll. I can see her having a fun day with Mrs. O and her daughters.

Awwh…so sweet!
Thanks for posting…I wouldn't have seen it otherwise…dont watch tv much
