Andrew Dominik’s ‘Killing Them Softly’ Goes for Bloody Minimalism with New Posters

Andrew Dominik's 'Killing Them Softly' Goes for Bloody Minimalism with New Posters

Check out the new minimalist posters for Andrew Dominik's "Killing Them Softly." Starring Brad Pitt as a cold gun-for-hire, the film is a bleak portrait of an atrophying, Recession-roiled America. It also stars James Gandolfini, Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn, Richard Jenkins and Ray Liotta. With a post-election release date of November 30, it's hard to know how this politically pessimistic film will fair at the box office, despite having Pitt's name to bolster it. Fans of Dominik and Pitt's first collaboration, "The Assassination of Jesse James," will surely be in line.
