Actress Carla Gugino has played her fair share of seductive dames in films like “Sin City” and “Sucker Punch,” but none like the one she plays in the black-and-white noir homage, “Hotel Noir.” In a music video promo for the film, exclusive to Indiewire, Gugino shows off her pipes by crooning a vampy ditty to clips from the film, all while looking stunning as always.
Set in Los Angeles circa 1958, “Hotel Noir” centers on a detective who holes up in a downtown hotel waiting for a band of killers to come and get him. As one long night turns to day, he meets various characters with haunted pasts of their own. On top of Gugino, the cast includes Danny DeVito, Rufus Sewell, Malin Akerman, Robert Forster, Rosario Dawson and Mandy Moore.
The film hits VOD today. Go HERE to see where to find it.
