Watch: 1-Hour TV Version Of Spike Lee's Michael Jackson Documentary 'Bad 25'

The malls are a zoo and the multiplex is a madhouse, so if you're looking for something to watch without having to change out of those stretchy pants, we have just the thing.

On Thursday night, ABC aired Spike Lee's excellent Michael Jackson documentary "Bad 25." Kind of. It was actually a broadcast version that ran about an hour long, which is basically half of the movie, but regardless, it's still worth a watch. As the title suggests, the doc is an in-depth look at the making of Bad, and features a host of interviews with the musicians collaborators, choreographers, celeb fans like Kanye West and Mariah Carey (though they may not have made this shorter cut) and many, many more.

All told, it's likely a good appetizer for the whole thing, which lands on home video in February. Here's our review of the film and watch the TV edit below. [Shadow & Act]

Wow….I was totally mesmerized and enlightened about a few details. I am as heartbroken today as I was when I first heard Michael Jackson had died. Thank you Spike Lee, you did a phenomenal job on this MJ project.
