First Look At Tilda Swinton & Tom Hiddleston In Jim Jarmusch’s ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’

First Look At Tilda Swinton & Tom Hiddleston In Jim Jarmusch's 'Only Lovers Left Alive'

Jim Jarmusch has made a vampire movie, and if that’s not enough to get you seriously stoked, then how about this cast? Tom Hiddelston, Anton Yelchin, Mia Wasikowska, John Hurt and Tilda Swinton. Yeah, damn, right? Well, feast your eyes on this.

The first image from the movie has arrived on IndieWire and it’s Swinton looking fierce as usual, with Hiddleston wrapping his arms around her, because who wouldn’t? In the movie, Loki plays Adam, an underground musician who reunites with his centuries long lover Eve (Swinton), but finds their relationship interrupted by her wild sister, Ava (Wasikowska). So, an indie music vampire movie or something? Whatever it is Jarmusch is cooking up, it’s likely to be far different than your average movie about bloodsuckers.

We’d place a pretty firm bet on this one premiering at the Cannes Film Festival in May. No distribution yet, but that will be sorted soon enough.

Hiddles and The Swinton together in a movie film for theaters maybe!?

You can't just say I'm playing a vampire musician, you stupid mortals.

"Loki plays Adam" Do they mean Tom plays Adam? Pretty noticeable error.

Like you, I was in with "Jarmusch – Vampire movie". Hiddleston took over for Michael Fassbender and looking at that pic above, I can imagine him in the role even more than I already had. I have no doubt TH will kill it, but damn!

Three thoughts came to mind when saw this first look. First, I thought it was Tilda and Gary Oldman (I know it is Tom Hiddleston but there are many smularities) second I hope Tomii s sitting on a bar stool, I would like Tom to be taller than Tilda and I hope one of songs will "I wear my sunglasses at night" by Core Harte.

Wow, another all White cast! I love how every acclaimed film coming out has zero actors of color…well, except that one indie darling out of Sundance. Way to go Hollywood!!!!

Woof. Wowzers. Can't wait!

reminds me of the hunger. This movie could be infinitely cool.
