Orlando Jones Like You've Probably Never Seen Him Before In Red-Band Trailer For 'Tainted Love'

Or maybe you have… I don’t know. But I haven’t.

Orlando Jones just shared the below trailer for what he says is a new digital series that will premiere exclusively on the popular Machinima channel on YouTube, starting this Sunday, May 5.

Titled Tainted Love, here’s a description:
A fast-paced and visceral story of true love against all odds focusing on two expectant parents; one a quick-witted hitman/bagman and the other a well-intended yet hopelessly inept thief. Black Barry will stop at nothing to protect Jezebel from his insanely vengeful boss Fred Lucas after a lapse in judgment causes Jezebel to rob Lucas, and the bodies start to pile up.
It’s further described as a graphic novel style action comedy, which was created by Jones himself.
Avi Youabian directs, with Deanna Russo, Maz Jobrani, Jim Jefferies and Eric Roberts rounding out the cast.
Check out the red-band trailer for Tainted Love below for a glimpse at the bloody madness that’s to come (poster underneath):

As a feature film I think I would get tired of the comic graphics and such like I did for 'Scott Pilgrim vs. the World', but I think as a web series it is GREAT! I too am going to subscribe and try to check this out. Good look for Orlando Jones to create something for himself. The best way to do it!

Great direction and production values too!

Good to see that he's not wearing 1,000 layers of makeup! Film looks good!

Looks pretty dope!

This looks crazy. At first I thought it was a feature. You're right, I've never seen Orlando in this light, which looks great for him. Can't wait.

As long as he's not playing Madea I'm cool with the brother.

And BTW – That trailer looks tight as hell. I am very excited to see that show.

Okay, this has really sparked my interest. I've already subscribed to the Machinima channel and I will look out for it's release.
