Watch 2 New Clips From 'Being Mary Jane' Pilot Movie - TV Series Will Debut in Early 2014

More clips from Being Mary Jane to tease – assuming it’s on your ‘to-see’ list for the summer, when it debuts on BET, on Tuesday, July 2nd at 10:30pm ET/PT.

Immediately before it, BET will broadcast the return of another team-Akil creation, The Game, at 10pm. Per the press release:

D.W. better put a ring on it for real because if he had done me like he did G.U. and Omari Hardwick was my cast mate it would be a wrap. Omari Hardwick is so sexy and talented it hurts, and as a matter of fact Omari Hardwick is the only reason I will watch this show.

What the hell? they made this movie LAST year. and now the show is already done taping and BET won't be showing it until 2014?? WTH?? lol

I smell contradiction. The headline says 2014, but the press release and reporting on this website have been touting July — as in next month.

Um, anyone else catch that?

Robinne lee is so talented. Im glad the akils and CD decided to go for actors who aren't "popular" for this one, minus omari hardwick. I'm tired of him

"for you to know the truth.." COMEDY!
GREAT SCENE! Looking forward to it…
