WATCH: New Trailer for the Coens' 'Inside Llewyn Davis'

A new trailer has landed for the Coen Brothers’ “Inside Llewyn Davis,” the ’60s folk-music favorite out of Cannes starring Oscar Isaac as a musician facing the looming possibility of failure.

The film has already lined up a prime spot at NYFF, and hits theaters on December 6, during the fever-pitch of Oscar season releases.

Carey Mulligan, Justin Timberlake, John Goodman, Adam Driver and Garrett Hedlund also star.

Check out the previous trailer here; our TOH! Cannes review is here. Meanwhile, the star-studded soundtrack comes out September 17.

Saw film at Cannes. Looks to be the most overrated film of the year. So glad that it didn't win Palm d' Or. "Blue is the Warmest Colour" (which did win the Palm 'd Or) and "Like Father, Like Son" (which won two jury prizes), were much better.

Inside is a really good picture. One of the Coens' best; top 5 for certain. But it is small, intimate and unwilling to take the soft route. It is, to its credit, frustrating and filled with failure (of character). There is no way this will repeat the success of O Brother.
Oscar nominations aplenty, but no big bucks at the box-office.

I like that trailer even though it ruined more of the film for me. I don't care. This will be a repeat of their success with OBWAT
