Someone From 'The Hunger Games' Has A Cameo In 'Dumb And Dumber To'

So, people are actually excited by this, I suppose? The Farrellys, Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels have reunited and are shooting “Dumber And Dumber To” and ha ha funny title, because it’s spelled wrong and is not a number. First look set images have flown around the interwebs this past week, sparking nostalgia in the hearts of those who remember the 1994 original, while anyone twenty and under wondered who those two weirdos were with the bad haircuts. And it seems even Oscar winners are getting in on the action.

THR reports that Jennifer Lawrence has filmed a “secret cameo” in the movie which isn’t a secret when you report it in a trade publication, but we digress. Anyway, she’ll be playing the younger version of Kathleen Turner‘s character. Meanwhile, Rob Riggle has also booked a gig on the movie — a double gig actually — playing “twins, a handyman named Travis and his unstable brother, Captain Lippencott.” More Rob Riggle is never a band thing, so that’s cool.

Listen, I watched the original as much as the next person, but considering The Farrellys last few movies — “The Three Stooges,” “Hall Pass,” “The Heartbreak Kid” — you might understand why there might be resistance from getting too excited. Prove us wrong bros, but remember, the first movie didn’t need cameos, and relied strictly on Carrey and Daniels to do what they do…remember that…. No release date yet, but this is expected to drop in 2014.

Get Wong Kar Wai's subtitled dick out of your ass and appreciate a funny movie, Jagernauth. If Dumb & Dumber had some hipster king doing peyote in the desert you'd love it (Michael Cera).

Highly doubt people under 20 don't know what Dumb and Dumber is.

Couldn't care less about the movie but good god the playlist's cheesy irony is getting worse every day …
Omagad it's like erm super unfunny and stuff (pronounced as if it was a question).

"Prove me wrong" sure is a great way to look at movies.

How bitter are you, Jagernauth?
