WATCH: Alfonso Cuaron Talks 'Gravity' for NY Times Anatomy of a Scene

Check out this week’s NY Times Anatomy of a Scene video feature, where director Alfonso Cuaron talks upcoming release “Gravity” (October 4).

In the featured scene, which has been the focus point of a number of the film’s trailers, Sandra Bullock and George Clooney deal with an increasingly terrifying accident in space. Cuaron discusses his vision of shooting the scene in one shot, to mimic space documentaries, and to give viewers a feeling that they too are floating alongside Bullock and Clooney.

Our TOH! review of “Gravity” is here. Plus, watch the new featurette “Experience the Third Dimension,” below.
