Trailer of the Week: Jason Bateman Acts Like a Bully in His Directorial Debut 'Bad Words'

Before the Trailer, We Thought: Critically well received upon
its unveiling at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, Jason
Bateman’s directorial debut “Bad Words” emerged as one of the hottest
buys of the festival after Focus Features nabbed worldwide rights to the hard-R comedy.

And Now?
Weeks after unveiling a foul and hilarious Red Band promo, Focus Features has dropped a Green Band one. If you don’t want some of the film’s raciest jokes spoiled, we suggest you watch this latest one instead.

Bateman headlines the film as a bitter
thirty-something man who finds a loophole that allows him to compete in
and dominate spelling bee competitions usually reserved for children.
Cue to the creative, wordy put-downs.

The film opens March 28.
