It seems people are also forgetting about Law and Order: SVU and its amazing actors and actresses. The show brings the huge and rarely talked about topic of rape and sexual assult
to light. The acting shown in season 15 was phenomenal and will only get better in season 16. It deserves recognition for being able to stay on this long and still come up with new ideas and captivate people across the world, which few shows are able to do. The Benson/Lewis saga was amazing and really showed off the full potential of Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson) as an actress and along with her amazing acting, she even directed one of the episodes, which turned out to be great! It's getting better and better thanks to the amazing writers, producers, and actors/actresses and I have no doubt it will continue to stay on for a couple more years.

What happened to the wonderful Hollow Crown series and why on earth is Sherlock on the list when it was the worst of the three series and not nearly as good as other shows which have been left off. The same goes for best actor. Martin Freeman offered us something new in Fargo, Chiwetel Ejiofor was epic in Dancing on the Edge as was Matthew Goode whilst any of the lead actors in the Hollow Crown deserved a nod. With Benedict we just got more of the same.

I can't believe that Son's of Anarchy are not on your radar

No nomination for NBC's Hannibal? :( That's just sad.

comedy i think Modern Family still holds it

Drama I think The Good Wife will win – season 5 was the best one

Why doesn't anyone ever even mention AMC's The Walking Dead as an award contender? The performances on that show by Andrew Lincoln especially have been outstanding. It's the most watched show on television and yet not even a mention for a possible nomination. All the other shows mentioned are great with wonderful actors but I have to say that The Walking Dead cast can hold their own against any of them. I don't see how the awards shows can be taken seriously if they refuse to acknowledge a show or cast simply because they frown upon its premise. Zombies might seem silly but The Walking Dead isn't. Open your eyes, critics.

I think Glee will be nominated for 3 Emmys:
– Jane Lynch will be nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series;
– Kristin Chenoweth will be nominated for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series;
– June Squibb will be nominated for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series.

Hey Ben and Peter, just curious. Why is Orange is the New Black not considered a drama? I've never quite understood how it has come to acquire that label on the review circuit. To me, it seems the show's dramatic elements are much more present than its comedic and it seems out of place in the company of the other more obtuse presentations of humor on your comedy predictions.
