First Official Images Arrive Of 'Jurassic World' Starring Chris Pratt & Bryce Dallas Howard

Twenty-one years ago yesterday, “Jurassic Park” was released in theaters. And one year from today the saga will continue: fourteen years from the last time that the dinosaurs from the Steven Spielberg/Michael Crichton franchise roamed the screen, they’ll return in “Jurassic World,” the long-awaited fourth film in the series. Directed by “Safety Not Guaranteed” director Colin Trevorrow, the film promises to be a semi-reboot of one of the biggest franchises around, with a new cast of characters returning to Isla Nubar, where a giant, and so far successful park has been built on the ashes of John Hammond’s creation.

Trevorrow recently revealed that leaked plot spoilers, suggesting that the story involved scientists inadvisedly creating super-dinos, but otherwise the film has been kept mostly under wraps, with only a handful of on-set photos and the like being revealed. But to celebrate a year until the film’s release, Universal have, via The AV Club, released the first official stills from the film, which focus on the leads: Chris Pratt‘s scientist, who’s researching raptor behavior (bet that comes in useful…), Bryce Dallas Howard as an unknown character, decked here in all-white, and two cute kids played by “Kings Of Summer” actors Nick Robinson and “Iron Man 3“‘s Ty Simpkins. Not featured: any dinosaurs.

The film also stars Omar Sy, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan, Jake Johnson, Judy Greer, B.D. Wong, Katie McGrath and Lauren Lapkus, and we’ll be able to see what they get up to, and what dinosaur eats them, when the film hits theaters on June 12th, 2015.

San juana turner

I've been waiting for the 4th movie. I hope its as good as 1st and 2nd ones.

Anything with Bryce Dallas Howard in it pretty much sucks farts out of Dead cats, her presence is very questionable.

I prefered the IMDB plot that was posted back in 2006~8.
Where the world becomes a sort of post apocalyptic dinosaur planet, after the virus that sickened the JP triceratops hopped to the human population via birds (modern dinosaurs).

*looks at last picture*
When are the writers going to pen some brains into their protagonists?
"Well we're going to be likely encountering lethal predatory dinosaurs. BRING THE KIDS! *derp*"

I hope it's not some gay (excuse the language) movie like 90% of the ones that come out. Too much worshiping of good looking people too, c'mon grow a pair and be content with who and what you are instead of idolizing what you believe is perfection.

Bryce is looking like Kelly Reilly in this picture.

Mike Honcho

Only in Hollywood can a guy with 13 inch biceps fill out sleeves like that.

Bryce is wearing all that white, maybe she's the island priest praying that something happens to save the franchise.

So we got the dino expert, two cute kids and apparently the corporate a-hole who thinks they can beat nature. Who's going to be the eccentric mathimatition, I'm sorry choatician, who explains chaos theory with a drop of water and how a park full of dinosaurs is nothing like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney Land?

Howard's clearly playing the villain. The hair, the costume, the smug expression? Obviously she's playing another corporate asshole who doesn't understand CHAOS THEORY.

Protagonist 101, henley's are a must.

She looks like a john hammond figure so shes most likely coming to him with a business offer reminds me of the first one again. It looks like they know what they are doing with this movie

She's a park representative, he's the rugged military guy
She comes to him with an offer she can't say much about, other than it's out of this world, new and crazy
Initially he's like no, no, I'm tired of war and stuff
Then she's like but the money's crazy good, then he reconsiders and is like yeah okay, maybe, yeah, but I have some conditions…..

Kids hear/see a dinosaur

I can tell by the shot, wardrobe, and body language: she's the park's money person.
