Watch: Touching Montage Pays Tribute to Romance and Dance

This fan-made movie montage from Scott Ewing is more than a formidable follow-up to “Evolution of Film.” This time he has created “Romancing a Tribute,” which seeks to celebrate the under-appreciated genres of music and dance in film. The piece covers the many decades of film, right up to an appearance from “The LEGO Movie.”

Bookended by Garth’s drum set routine from “Wayne’s World,” this montage is filled end to end with clips from the most important and iconic installments in film that showcase romance and, of course, a little dancing. The last minute or so, set to “Diane Young” by Vampire Weekend, might be the minute you most enjoy today, as John Travolta, Kevin Bacon and even Elvis Presley show what they can do.
