This King Arthur story follow a long line of King Arthur movies over the years, including one directed by our man Antoine Fuqua, in 2004, which starred Clive Owen as the title character.
In Arthurian legend, Merlin, in short, is King Arthur’s adviser, a prophet, bard and a magician.
Catch the busy Monsieur Elba next, playing a bad guy, in the Will Packer-produced thriller “No Good Deed'” which he co-stars in with Taraji P. Henson.
It’s set for a September 12, 2014 release.
Meanwhile, “King Arthur” is scheduled to debut during the summer of 2016.
