Emmy Awards: Lena Dunham Wins the Red Carpet

Eventually every brunette actress in Hollywood will go blonde, and “Girls” writer-director-star Lena Dunham is no exception. The new blonde totally scored on the Emmy red carpet Monday in a girlish pink ruffled gown by designer Giambattista Valli. 

It’s too bad Dunham’s “Girls” costar Adam Driver lost best supporting actor in a comedy to “Modern Family” star Ty Burrell. Driver’s time will come.

I'm sorry – but is this a prank? While she is talented and obviously a gifted young woman which is precisely how/why she "wins" in general – quite frankly, her hair (color) nor choice of gown are worth of "winning" a Halloween contest much less the red carpet at the Emmy's.
