Critics have yet to weigh in on "Left Behind," the Nicolas Cage-starring remake of the adaptation of the first in a series of post-Rapture adventure novels. (The movie is as much of a mess as it sounds: Instead of going to film school, I recommend seeing "Left Behind" and going the opposite of everything it does.) But at least one public figure of note has given it an endorsement of sorts:
That’s right, old fire-and-brimstone himself doesn’t want "unbelievers" to see "Left Behind" — and he even said "please." Lord knows jobs are hard to come by these days, and with unaccredited amateurs like the Lord of the Flies breaking embargoes left and right, professional critics don’t stand a chance in Hell.
