Tribeca Film Institute Opens All Access Program to Producers

The Tribeca Film Institute has opened up its coveted Tribeca All Access grant program to producers this year. Since its inception in 2004, the TAA grant program has focused on providing exclusive, year-round support to writers and directors. From now onwards, that group will also include producers.

“Producers are often a main creative force behind projects but sometimes fail to get the attention and support they deserve,” said Ryan Harrington, Tribeca Film Institute VP of Artist Programs, in announcing the news. “We look forward to growing TFI’s cornerstone grant with this new infusion of creative talent.”

Notable TAA grant alumni projects include “Time Is Illmatic,” “Gideon’s Army,” “Evolution of a Criminal” and “Obvious Child.”

Applications are being accepted now through November 5.
