BOND/360 Acquires War Documentary 'In Country,' Ahead of DOC NYC Premiere

BOND/360 has acquired U.S. rights to the documentary "In Country." Directed by Mike Attie and Meghan O’Hara, "In Country" is a study of a curious hobby — war re-enactments. You might be familiar with civil war costumes at historic forts, etc — but the people of "In Country" do something more curious; they are Vietnam War veterans who recreate the Vietnam War.

The acquisition comes just in advance of the film’s New York Premiere at DOC NYC.

"This movie delicately shares a fascinating aspect of our culture that few people are aware of,” said BOND/360’s Marc Schiller. “But more than the oddity of the reenactments, Mike and Meghan’s film gets to the root of why these men would bring a painful war back to life and its healing process for their PTSD."
