Exclusive: 'Mommy' Issues Never Looked Better in This Colorful Poster for Xavier Dolan's Latest

After winning the Jury Prize at Cannes earlier this year, Xavier Dolan’s “Mommy” went on to become the highest grossing film in Quebec in 2014. Before its January U.S release, we’re giving you an exclusive look at the film’s poster, which features leads Anne Dorval and Antoine-Olivier Pilon as mother and son.

The film follows a single, widowed mother (Dolan regular Dorval) who’s having trouble raising her sometimes violent teenage son (Pilon). Things start to change when their unusual neighbor (Suzanne Clément) decides to offer her assistance. 

“Mommy” will open in theaters January 23, 2015. It’s also Canada’s foreign Oscar submission.
