'Frozen' & 'Game Of Thrones' Were The Most Facebook-ed Movie & TV Show Of 2014

Yes, we’re in the full swing of [Insert List] Of 2014, but it’s one thing to name the best of the best, and another to look at what resonated in the pop culture sphere. They’re often two totally different things. And so today, as part of their year in review, Facebook revealed the top ten movies and TV shows that were the most…Facebook-ed (?) this year.

We’re not sure what the criteria is (most liked? most shared? both?), but according to the rankings, it’s certainly not by quality that some of these entries are on there. “The Purge: Anarchy” (really people?) and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” broke through on the movie list, while for TV shows “The Big Bang Theory” managed to outrank “True Detective,” which should qualify as some kind of national crisis.
