Watch: Stephen Colbert Declares 'Serial' Host Sarah Koenig the First Superstar Podcaster

In promoting her blockbuster hit “This American Life” spinoff, “Serial,” Sarah Koenig made an appearance last night on “The Colbert Report.” Fans of the show got a peek into the creative process behind their current obsession, for Koenig’s methods are as journalistic and meticulous as you’d expect. Koenig responds with a grin, “Well, I’m here.” She might not be doing “Serial” for the money, but it has had its perks.
