Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Will Play Killer Croc in WB's 'Suicide Squad' Joining Viola Davis & Will Smith

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has landed the a role in Warner Bros “Suicide Squad” movie playing Killer Croc, reports TheWrap.

The actor joins the previously-cast Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Will Smith, who’ll be playing the character known as Deadshot, as well as Margot Robbie, Jared, Leto, Jai Courtney and Cara Delevingne.

According to the “Suicide Squad” wiki, Killer Croc’s alter ego is Waylon Jones, a former crocodile wrestler turned into a criminal deformed by a birth defect. He has low intelligence but great strength, as well as crocodilian abilities, such as a keen sense of smell and the ability to hold his breath underwater for long periods of time. He is also a nemesis of Batman.

The “Suicide Squad” series follows a group of super-villains who are forced to go on covert missions for a shadowy government agency, in exchange for commuted sentences.

WB plans to release the movie 2016.
