Recorded on November 27, 1965, Jeremy Bernstein conducts this chat with Stanley Kubrick. Bernstein traveled to Oxford, where “2001” was being shot, and spent time with Kubrick to talk filmmaking, and working with Arthur C. Clarke and Vladimir Nabokov, and to play chess during production breaks.
