Steven Polster is a senior management executive with 20 years of experience developing and launching new products, and setting up high-performing teams in the entertainment and media industry. Prior to joining RightsTrade, he was instrumental in rebuilding the newly spun-off Miramax’s international licensing business, and running the company’s theatrical and non-theatrical lines of business. Mr. Polster previously held various senior executive positions at Technicolor, including that of Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for its Creative Services division, and has also held product management roles at Paramount, Mattel, and with ecommerce startups. With a lifelong passion for global business, Steven speaks four languages, and he has held various executive positions in international markets including Rome, London, Los Angeles and Caracas.
