Attention, Filmmakers: Apply to This Short Film Contest

The Stage 32 Short Film Contest is accepting short films of any genre that run anywhere from three to 25 minutes. Executive judges of the contest have worked on successful shorts, some of which have turned into feature-length films, including award-winning films such as “Whiplash” and “Short Term 12.” 

The top 8 to 10 short films selected will be screened to a theatrical audience at the 23rd Annual Raindance Film Festival in London, which runs from September 23 to October 4. The grand prize winning director will be flown to London for the Raindance Film Festival and will participate in a Q&A with Stage 32 Founder and CEO Richard Botto. The short films will also be screened online to a worldwide audience on Stage 32 and showcased to over 300 executives who work with Stage 32.

The early bird deadline for the contest is on August 5, but Stage 32 will be accepting entries until its final deadline on August 12.

Stephanie Wilcox- VP of Development at Rumble Films
Jennifer Breslow – VP Scripted Series at Lifetime
Amanda Johnson Zetterstrom- Executive , Full Fathom Five
Nate Matteson- Producer & Manager, Gotham Group
Elliot Grove – Producer & Founder of Raindance
