Delpy also stars in the movie alongside Danny Boon, Vincent Lacoste and Karin Viarde in the story follows the sophisticated Violet, who meets the dweeby Jean—René and sparks fly, but there’s just one problem: Violet’s son Lolo, who will make life hell for the new man in her life. It’s pretty broad stuff, and feels like a movie we’ve seen at least a couple of times before, but hopefully Delpy has a couple of tricks up her sleeve in the script she wrote.
“Lolo” opens in France on October 28th.
