Alec Baldwin and Randy Mastro are now the co-chairmen of the board of directors of the Hamptons International Film Festival, taking over for one of HIFF’s founders, Stuart Match Suna, after his 18 years as chairman.

Mastro, a well-known lawyer and professor and a 9-year member of HIFF’s board, said, “I’m honored to be serving with Alec and expand what Stuart Match Suna has already successfully done with HIFF.” Baldwin, who has been a member of the board for ten years, expressed excitement as well, saying, “Stuart Match Suna has had a clear vision for HIFF ever since its inception, and I feel very privileged to have been part of such a passionate team.”

The two will begin serving as co-chairs starting after this coming festival in the fall.

The 23rd Hamptons International Film Festival will take place from October 8-12.
