Exclusive: Clip From Hannah Fidell's '6 Years' Asks "Do You Watch Porn?"

Working from a loose screenplay, she allowed the film’s leads Taissa Farmiga and Ben Rosenfield an opportunity to develop their onscreen relationship, leading to a semi-improvised method that allowed the drama to feel more direct and real. The story follows Dan and Melanie, a couple in their 20s who have known each other since childhood. Now their 6-year romantic relationship is put to the test when Dan receives an attractive job offer from the record label with whom he interns, and he must choose between a move forward and a future with Mel. “6 Years” is now available on iTunes and On Demand.
