PODCAST: 6 TV Shows to Watch Before Summer Ends

We’re not that far from the broadcast networks new fall programming, but that doesn’t mean television is a barren desert of hot fluff. August and early September are ripe with top notch TV options, and Indiewire TV Editor Liz Shannon Miller and TV Critic Ben Travers are here to help you choose wisely.

You’ve got to stay current with favorites from last season (“You’re the Worst” Season 2 starts September 9!), keep in mind options coming soon down the road (you can’t have two must-watch programs on the same night!) and, of course, you have to be sure to invest in properties that will pay dividends in the end (damn you, “True Detective” Season 2…).
