Spectrographs and Soliloquies

Logline: A cosmic tale about coming to terms with life and death in the face of extraordinary circumstances.

Elevator Pitch: 
In a glimpse back through an astronomer’s life we’re thrown into the critical moment of his career and his own life. In the midst of his wife’s labor our astronomer, Edwin, observes a previously unnoticed anomaly that can’t be ignored. In the chaos of it all Edwin must face major loss and disappointment.

About the Film:
“Spectrographs & Soliloquies” is born out of inspiration from the films we (as a crew) watched as kids, from “Contact” to “E.T.,” this is an ode to the genre we remember. We’re all passionate about making a film that brings us back into that feeling we got when we first watched those movies.
