Logline: Four oversexed college students explore lust and the social autism that today’s technology affords us; perturbed fantasies amplified by technology’s erect negligence. How we love and how we’re punished for loving.
This not-so-attractive, Larry David kind of guy is in love with this mysterious girl. He writes a movie about how much he loves her. But he needs someone to play her and someone to play him. His replacement is handsome with an unclear sexual relationship with this mysterious girl. Her replacement is a method actress who takes acid to stay in the moment. It becomes unclear if the movie they’re making is the one they’re already living as they explore their own sexuality in the roles they’re actually becoming.

About the Film:
“i****you” is an experimental perspective on tech-addicted relationships. We are calling it a social experiment because many of the cast members are playing versions of themselves in situations similar to their own life events. A huge motivation in making the film was to stay connected to our extremely talented friends while investigating the way we connect in the digital age. The film explores the issues of long distance relationships and the way technology can increase the distance between two people. This is the first feature from technicolor writer and director, Ian McClerin.
Current Status: We’re in postproduction, completing a 5.1 Surround Mix and some last minute VFX.
