On her way to begrudgingly celebrate her parent’s anniversary, perennial relationship doubter Nancy (Lake Bell) runs into 40-year-old divorcee Jack (Simon Pegg), who mistakes her for the blind date he’s been set up with. Deciding to just go with it, the two embark on a messy and often riotous journey of friendship and discovery to see what happens when you just roll with the punches.

In the hilarious clip, we get a glimpse at Nancy’s anti-relationship status (and her impressive bologna sandwich) as she struggles to relate to an overly chipper woman she meets on the train.

“Man Up,” written by Tess Morris, is Palmer’s second film. The rom-com is set to hit U.S. theaters November 13 in limited release, with a wider release planned for November 20. Watch the clip above.
