Directed by Tony Gerber and Maxim Pozdorovkin, the movie details the rise and fall of Russian entrepreneur, war profiteer, aviation magnate, arms smuggler and even amateur filmmaker Bout, who was captured in 2008. But as you’ll see in the scene below, Bout was either the victim of entrapment or fell prey to a clever sting. 

Following a premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2014, “The Notorious Mr. Bout” hits VOD today. Watch below.
