This week’s episode of Screen Talk is brought to you by Disney Pixar’s “Inside Out.”

Awards season is dominated by predictions of potential winners, but it’s usually not that hard to get a sense of the frontrunners by this time of the year. 2015 is shaping up as an exception to that rule: While “Spotlight” continues to gain momentum, many contenders are uncertain. These questions and more are explored on this week’s Screen Talk, in which co-hosts Eric Kohn and Anne Thompson are joined by Awards Daily’s Sasha Stone to review the recent SAG and Golden Globes nominations. What can we expect to happen in the weeks to come? Nobody’s quite sure, but a few strong possibilities have started to emerge.
