Christopher Plummer and Martin Landau are front and center once more in the latest drama from Atom Egoyan. The movie is a dark thriller about a Jewish man’s desire to find vengeance against the Nazi that took his family away from him. He’s the only one who can commit the act, for he is the only living person who could remember the man’s face.
The trailer presents a puzzle full of confusion, lies and traps. Egoyan is no stranger to taking his protagonists on a whirlwind of lies. His most famous film, “The Sweet Hereafter,” does the same as a lawyer tries to find the person responsible for the death of a bus full of children.
Watch the trailer above and check out the film in theaters on February 12, 2016 and will hit DIRECTV on December 17.
