Watch: Netflix Delivers Some Spoiler-Alert Etiquette You Can't Refuse in New Interactive Video

Anyone who’s ever had their show spoiled by a casual slip of a tongue or a wayward click of the mouse can tell you: spoilers suck. But in a world of obsessive binge-watching and sold-out “Star Wars” screenings, how can anyone stay free from the looming threat of plot point revelations?

In a new cinematic ad for binge-watchers and slow and steady viewers alike, Netflix puts Bobby, a man caught in a hostage situation by a looming mob boss-cum-professional heavy (William Forsythe), in a particularly sticky situation. His mistake? Letting some important “Orange is the New Black” story details slip to his captor and neglecting to ask for his “S/E,” that is, “Season and Episode,” before divulging the crucial info. Angered by the loss of a nice, spoiler-free night in with his shows and “red wine, a little pound cake,” the mob boss loses his cool. The twist: Netflix lets you decide what happens next, letting you chose whether to spare or punish his loose-lipped ward.
