Netflix Releases First Look Photos of 'Fuller House,' Which Looks a Lot Like 'Full House'
Like a live-action scripted version of Entertainment Weekly’s reunion issues
, here comes the Tanner family in 2016.
D.J. — now D.J. Tanner-Fuller, a widow with a punny addendum to her maiden name — looks like D.J. Kimmy still looks like Kimmy. And Stephanie still looks like Stephanie, only now everyone is a little bit more grown up. Clearly, that’s at least half the allure of watching the sequel to "Full House" — seeing what everyone looks like 20 years later, especially when they’re still living in the same house and dressing in the same clothes (at least Jesse is).

As for the rest of the draw? Here’s Netflix
’s own official synopsis to explain what’s been going on with the Tanner family since 1995 because, frankly, we can’t say it any better: "In ‘Fuller House
,’ the adventures that began in 1987 on ‘Full House’ continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona (Soni Nicole Bringas), all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson (Michael Champion), neurotic 7-year-old Max (Elias Harger) and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr (Messitt Twins). Guest appearances by John Stamos
(Jesse Katsopolis), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale)."
Check out the photos below. "Fuller House" premieres all 13 episodes of its first season Friday, February 26 on Netflix.
