For those in NYC, an event that you just might be interested in attending… for others, it’s not said in the press release whether the conversation will be live-streamed, although I wouldn’t rule it out entirely. When I know more, I’ll update this post.

In the meantime, the essentials.

It’s a FREE event, which takes place tomorrow night (Tue, Jan 26) at 7:30 pm, at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, as part of the Lincoln Center Dialogue (LC) series of conversation with noteworthy artists of today on creativity and craft.

With a record six Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards, an Emmy Award, and numerous other accolades, Audra McDonald is one of the most highly esteemed stage performers of all time. Since her days as a classical voice major at The Juilliard School, McDonald has been a familiar (and beloved) presence on Lincoln Center’s campus. Tonight, she joins us in the Atrium to talk about the intricacies of her creative process and craft with Shanice Williams, who burst onto the scene in December 2015 as Dorothy in NBC’s The Wiz Live!.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This event is part of LC Dialogues, a series of illuminating conversations on creativity and craft.
