The Coen Brothers know a thing or two about shaking things up, and after the weighty drama of “Inside Llewyn Davis,” it looks like they will be letting their comedic chops skyrocket in the upcoming “Hail, Caesar!”

Featuring the star-studded ensemble of George Clooney, Josh Brolin, Tilda Swinton, Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum, Ralph Fiennes, Alden Ehrenreich and Jonah Hill, the movie is set in the 1950s at the peak of Hollywood’s Golden Age. Brolin plays a famous Hollywood fixer who must deal with all kinds of production hiccups, ranging from a pregnant leading lady to a famous movie star, played by Clooney, who gets kidnapped and held for ransom.

The new trailer above teases what is surely one of the film’s biggest laughs, as Ehrenreich’s actor and Fiennes’ director have at it on set over the pronunciation of an important line of dialogue. Expect more shenanigans like this to unfold over the course of this madcap comedy.

“Hail, Caesar!” opens in theaters February 5.
